As a licensed contractor, American Industrial Service is able to perform turnkey repairs and replacements for most all commercial and industrial mechanical systems, regardless of the manufacturer's brand.

While we are able to provide comprehensive system installations and replacements, our approach is always to try to extend the life of our clients’ systems. Unlike many companies, we are not quick to recommend replacement; we only recommend replacement if it is warranted. Instead, we work with our clients to ensure that they fully understand all considerations and options available to them when making decisions about repair vs. replacement of their systems.
